This is an informal, no-obligation conversation where we can:

• briefly discuss what you would like support with
• consider whether your goal or situation is suitable for coaching
• talk about what you would like to gain from our sessions
• discuss how coaching works
• answer any questions you may have
• see whether we feel comfortable working together

There is no expectation to book anything afterwards.

If we decide to work together, we can then arrange your first full coaching session.
